     Our trip is designed around Batumi, the third largest city in Georgia. There is a wealth of cultural and historical attractions to explore. Main Batumi highlights are as follows: Old Batumi, Piazza square, St. Nicholas church, Europe square (astrological clock), Theatre square, Batumi Drama Theatre, Batumi sea port, Ali and Nino statue and alphabetic tower, Seaside Park (Boulevard). After walking along Batumi we will visit Adjara State museum. We will see: archaeological materials of XII-IX c.c. B.C., Gonio Treasury samples, I-II c.c. golden engraved phial, golden figurine of discus-thrower, religious bronze sculptures, fragments of trunk decorations with images of oak leaves and acorns; ethnographic, folk and applied art samples, manuscripts, fine art items, rare samples of the nature (25 billion years old fossilized tree).
