Our tour starts from one of the most beautiful regions of Georgia called Kakheti. The region is popular among locals and visitors as a land of vineyards and serves as an attractive hub for all wine lovers. In this region we will visit Sighnaghi– city of love and inspiring architecture. Being one of the smallest cities in Georgia, Sighnaghi serves as a popular tourist destination due to its location at the heart of Georgia’s wine-growing regions, as well as its picturesque landscapes, pastel houses and narrow, cobblestone streets. Also, the city is famous for its unique preserved Walls, which are the longest in Europe. Right from the peak of the wall the visitors are given a rare opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking view of the fabulous valley of the Alazani river. This mysterious valley boasts its vastness, purity and lovely nature. Continuing our tour, we will appear in Bodbe Monastery– an ancient monastery of VII century. The monastery is of unique importance for the Georgian people as the Baptist of Georgia Saint Nino was buried here. To sum up our amazing impressions from the tour we will visit local vineyards where the visitors can taste different sorts of indigenous sunkissed grapes as well as wine.
